We help community members build the skills, confidence, and connections they need to access meaningful work and long-term economic stability.
Our workforce efforts may include job readiness training, resume and interview support, and connections to partner employers and training programs—especially in technology and skilled trades.
As funding allows, we align our workforce work with programs like NSDI to ensure participants can move from training into real opportunities.
