About the role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Program Coordinator to help run our cybersecurity and violence prevention programs in Chicago. You will work closely with participants, instructors, and community partners to ensure programs run smoothly and meet their outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Manage program schedules, rosters, and participant communication.
- Coordinate logistics for in-person classes, events, and field trips.
- Support recruitment and onboarding of new cohort members.
- Track participant progress and program outcomes for reporting.
- Liaise with community partners, schools, and employers.
Qualifications
- 1+ years coordinating programs, events, or youth services.
- Strong organization and written communication skills.
- Comfort working with young adults (ages 18-24) from diverse backgrounds.
- Experience with Google Workspace or similar tools.
- Passion for community development on Chicago's South and West sides.
